At Perfume Direct®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the fragrance in its original, unopened box and place it inside a sturdy shipping carton with adequate cushioning to prevent transit damage.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a postage receipt for tracking.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
